- Develop annual and quarterly promotional plans in alignment with Sales objectives.
- Design and execute trade promotions (discounts, bundles, seasonal campaigns).
- Enhance in-store visibility through POS materials and merchandising initiatives.
- Analyze promotional performance and measure return on investment (ROI).
- Support the Sales team with tools, programs, and initiatives to achieve targets.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain to ensure product availability during campaigns.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Prepare regular performance reports on trade marketing activities and sales impact.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8 to 10 years of experience in Trade Marketing in the FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of Traditional Trade and/or Modern Trade channels.
- Experience in promotional planning and performance analysis.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
