  • This is a strategic role focused on building strong relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring high service standards across priority accounts. The ideal candidate is a passionate sales professional with a deep understanding of FMCG distribution, retail chains, or HORECA (Hotel/Restaurant/Catering) operations.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • • Manage and grow sales with key accounts in retail and/or food service (HORECA)
  • • Develop and execute account-specific business plans and promotional strategies
  • • Identify growth opportunities and upselling potential within assigned accounts
  • • Build long-term relationships with decision-makers, buyers, and procurement leads
  • • Monitor and analyze sales performance, margins, and market trends
  • • Coordinate with supply chain and logistics to ensure timely delivery and service
  • • Collaborate with the marketing team for tailored activations and trade support
  • Ideal Candidate
  • • 5–8 years of experience in FMCG sales, with a focus on retail or food service
  • • Strong understanding of Saudi market dynamics, trade structure, and customer behavior
  • • Existing network in key accounts such as hypermarkets, supermarkets, hotels, or catering groups
