- Develop and implement 12-36 month Trade Marketing strategies in alignment with Category Marketing
- Lead channel thinking across the commercial team, ensuring strong alignment between strategy and execution
- Own Point-of-Purchase (POP) strategy and standards for each category and channel
- Provide critical business insights, space management solutions, and category activation tools
- Support commercial teams in delivering profitable sales growth and enhanced market share
- Monitor market dynamics, competitor activity, and category performance to identify opportunities for improvement
- Drive excellence in merchandising, pricing, promotional design, and new product launches
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Management, or a related field (mandatory)
- Minimum 10 years of Trade Marketing experience within a blue-chip FMCG or retail organization
- Proven expertise in Category Management, Trade Marketing strategy, and Retail channel development
- Strong analytical, presentation, and reporting capabilities
- Demonstrated experience in managing merchandising strategy, pricing frameworks, and trade promotions
- Strong leadership experience, including people management and cross-functional collaboration
- Proficient in English, computer literate, and holding a valid driving licence
