Overview:The role will be responsible and accountable for the department that supports the Residential Sales and Leasing Brokers. The incumbent must have experience in residential real estate sales, and must be familiar with dealing with private offices and HNWI broker sales. The role requires a deep understanding of broker behaviour and the sensitivies that are associated with that. A solid understanding and experience in Residential sales and leasing is a must.Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive broker management strategy that aligns with Qiddiya Investment Company's objectives.- Establish and maintain strong relationships with a network of brokers and agents to maximize real estate opportunities.- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and potential risks associated with broker partnerships.- Prepare and present reports on broker performance, market activity, and recommendations for strategic improvements to senior management.- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment of broker activities with overall company objectives.- Lead training and development programs for brokers to enhance their knowledge of Qiddiya's offerings and value propositions.- Directly oversee the performance of brokers and implement corrective actions where required to improve efficiency and effectiveness.- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies in broker management practices.- Develop and manage the budget for broker management activities, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.Requirements- Significant experience in managing residential real estate brokers in the Middle East and internationally- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.- Strong understanding of the real estate market and brokerage operations.- 10+ years of experience in a broker management role or related position.- Proven track record of developing successful broker relationships and driving real estate transactions.- Leadership experience with a focus on team development and performance management.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
