We are seeking an exceptional Senior Project Director to lead a major development programme in Riyadh. This prestigious role demands a proven leader with a track record of delivering complex, world-class cultural or civic projects to the highest international standards.Key Responsibilities
  • Provide overall strategic leadership, direction, and oversight for the successful delivery of the project from inception to completion.
  • Manage all aspects of project planning, design coordination, construction, commissioning, and handover.
  • Engage with stakeholders at the highest levels, ensuring clear communication and alignment with project vision and objectives.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams, including consultants, contractors, and internal project management teams.
  • Ensure the highest quality, safety, and sustainability standards are met.
  • Maintain strict control over schedule, budget, and risk management processes.
Requirements
  • Minimum 20 years’ experience in large-scale, high-end civic, cultural, or hospitality projects.
  • Strong career history with reputable Global Engineering, Project Management Consultancy (PMC), or multidisciplinary firms.
  • Proven Middle East project experience with successful delivery of iconic, high-profile developments.
  • Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline; advanced qualifications preferred.
