Four seasons Red Sea & Amaala are seeking a strategic and results-drivenSenior Director of Sales to lead a high-performing team of Sales Managers. This role is essential in driving revenue growth and positioning the property as a top destination for diverse market segments.What you will do
- Lead and manage a team of Sales Managers to achieve revenue targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies in alignment with the Commercial Plan.
- Drive revenue growth through proactive prospecting and account management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients across all segments including leisure, corporate, groups, and government.
- Position the resort as a premier destination in target markets.
- Collaborate closely with the Revenue Management team to ensure strategic alignment.
- Mentor and support the professional development of the sales team.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends.
- Ensure the effective use of sales tools, systems, and reporting structures.
- Promote a high-performance sales culture focused on results and customer satisfaction.
- Proven leadership experience managing a sales team, ideally within hospitality.
- Strong background in sales strategy, account management, and business development.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Experience working with diverse market segments, including government and corporate.

- A bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience working as a Director of Sales leading a team, ideally within a cluster environment or across multiple hotels.
- Experience in luxury hotel operations.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Knowledge of sales management software and CRM tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Full time; may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays depending on business needs.
