- Coordinate project activities, including scheduling meetings, ensuring that deadlines are met, and tracking progress against project milestones.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and documentation control processes.
- Facilitate communication between project teams, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
- Monitor project budgets and expenditures, assisting in financial tracking and reporting.
- Prepare and distribute project status reports to stakeholders and team members.
- Identify any potential risks or issues affecting project timelines and assist in implementing solutions.
- Support the Project Manager in various administrative tasks related to project management.
- Bachelor's degree in project management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in project coordination or similar roles.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in service provider compliance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic understanding of project management methodologies is a plus.
