We’re building something big — and we’re looking for a COO who can scale it.This is not a maintenance role. This is about building, fixing, scaling, and winning.If you thrive in fast-moving environments, know how to turn chaos into structure, and can scale operations from 0 → 1 → 10, we want to talk to you.What You’ll Own:

Build and scale end-to-end operations (credit, collections, customer ops, support)
Turn strategy into execution — fast
Design lean, tech-enabled processes that scale
Drive unit economics, efficiency, and profitability
Ensure compliance with SAMA while keeping speed and agility
Lead, hire, and inspire a high-performance team
Partner closely with the CEO to drive growth and expansion

What We’re Looking For:

Proven operator in fintech, financing, or digital banking
Someone who has scaled operations, not just managed them
Strong grip on credit, risk, and lending lifecycle
Data-driven, hands-on, and execution-focused
Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change
Builder mindset > corporate mindset
