Role OverviewWe are hiring a Project Coordinator to support our production and design teams in planning and executing exhibition projects. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for events, strong coordination skills, and hands-on experience in the exhibition industry.---Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate all phases of exhibition project execution from client brief to final delivery.Act as a liaison between clients, designers, production, and logistics teams.Prepare project timelines, status updates, and documentation.Track project progress and ensure all milestones and deadlines are met.Handle vendor communication, purchase orders, and follow-ups.Organize installation schedules and ensure on-site work is completed per plan.Prepare and submit reports post-project completion.Requirements2–5 years' experience in exhibition or event project coordination.Good understanding of exhibition booth production, fabrication, and logistics.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication in English (Arabic is a plus).Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and project tracking tools.Ability to work under pressure and travel when required.Knowledge of AutoCAD or design file handling is an advantage.END DATE :10/08/2025 WHATSAPP +971547267388
