- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (required)
- Master’s degree or MBA (preferred) plus any other HR Certitifications
- 8–12+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- 3–5+ years in a leadership or strategic role managing recruiting teams
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting for multiple functions (e.g., tech, sales, corporate roles)
- Proven experience developing and executing talent strategies in high-growth or large organizations
- International or global hiring experience (preferred for multinational companies)
- Strategic Thinking Ability to design and execute long-term talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals
- Leadership: Strong team management skills with experience mentoring and scaling high-performing teams
- Data-Driven: Proficiency in using analytics and KPIs to drive recruiting performance and efficiency
- Technology-Savvy: Familiarity with ATS platforms and HR tech
- Employer Branding: Experience building or enhancing employer branding initiatives and EVP
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to work with C-level executives, HR partners, and business unit leaders
- DEI Expertise: Proven track record of building diverse talent pipelines and inclusive hiring processes
- Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of labor laws and recruiting compliance across regions
- High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills
- Results-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Innovative and continuously seeking improvements in process and candidate experience
