Job DescriptionJob Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Director of Sales to support the Director of Business Development in driving revenue and achieving sales goals in our hotel. The ideal candidate will assist in developing and implementing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and building strong relationships with clients.Job Responsibility:
1. Assist the Director of Business Development in creating and implementing sales plans and strategies to meet revenue goals.
2. Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and provide exceptional customer service.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to drive business growth.
4. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
5. Collaborate with marketing and revenue management teams to optimize pricing and promotional strategies.
6. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for senior management review.Candidate Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2. Proven experience in hotel sales, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
3. Strong leadership and communication skills.
4. Excellent negotiation and networking abilities.
5. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
