To be considered:

Currently managing a commercial team of around 3 - 5 members
Current or past KSA-based retail/office fit out cost management experience
MUST be based in GCC and willing to relocate to Riyadh
Highly professional demeanour with fluent English skills
Relevant qualification in construction/cost management/interior design
Minimum 8 years' GCC-based experience

About the role:

Lead cost planning, budgeting, and financial control
Manage contracts, procurement, and supplier negotiations
Oversee Quantity Surveying activities and valuations
Ensure compliance with legal, contractual, and corporate standards
Provide cost reporting, forecasting, and risk management to stakeholders
