- We are currently seeking a Technical Design Manager to lead and oversee design coordination across complex commercial fit-out projects in Riyadh.
- Top-tier fit out contractor that provides turnkey D&B solutions with global clients.
- International company with a Western footprint.
- Highly-regarded name and is recognised around the globe.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in interior fit-out, preferably high-end commercial offices
- MUST be familiar with Saudi Building Code and local authority approvals
- Proven leadership in design management across multiple concurrent projects
- Expert in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM 360, and other relevant coordination tools
- Ideally have strong ability to lead design development up to IFC, including value engineering
- Capable of managing consultants, subcontractors, and in-house design teams
- Effectively coordinate with Multidisciplinary Teams
- Deep knowledge of MEP coordination, shop drawings, and material submittals
- Strong communication skills with a track record of client-facing design reviews
- Must be currently based in Riyadh or willing to relocate immediately
