HR & Government Relations Officer (Arabic Only)

Main Responsibilities
1. Human Resources (HR)
- Maintain employee files and records (contracts, IDs, Iqama, passports, licenses).
- Handle recruitment administration: job postings, scheduling interviews, preparing job offers and contracts.
- Process monthly payroll, attendance, overtime, and leave management.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and internal company policies.
- Support employee relations: onboarding, grievance handling, and performance tracking.
- Coordinate with insurance providers for medical insurance registration and renewals.
- Manage all government-related portals and registrations, including:
- GOSI (Social Insurance).
- MHRSD (Saudization / Nitaqat).
- ZATCA (Zakat, Tax, VAT).
- MOCI (Commercial Registration).
- Balady, Muqeem, Qiwa and other relevant platforms.
- Renew licenses, Iqamas, and company certificates on time.
- Process visas, work permits, and residency renewals for employees.
- Act as the main contact with government offices for any inspections or compliance requirements.
- Prepare monthly compliance reports for management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR & Government Relations in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and government portals (Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, etc.).
- Proficient in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and follow-up.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Time management and multitasking skills.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution.
