Architectural Draftsman

• Create precise architectural and interior design drawings using AutoCAD.
• Convert hand sketches and verbal instructions into accurate CAD drawings.
• Prepare layouts, detailed drawings, and assembly diagrams for construction or fit-out.
• Revise drawings and layouts to accommodate changes or modifications requested by the engineering team.
• Ensure all designs are documented and meet the required standards and codes.
• Review designs for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project specifications.
• Assist in preparing documentation and reports related to project designs and materials.
• Conduct site visits as needed to gather information and ensure the accuracy of the design.
• Assist with the development of design standards and procedures.
• Coordinate with project managers and the team to ensure timely completion of drafts.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in CAD technology and design trends.

• Degree in Drafting, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a CAD draftsman in architecture and interior design.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD, and good knowledge of Xref.
• Solid technical drawing skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good understanding of engineering design, construction, and architectural drafting principles.
• Ability to interpret and work with complex technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with different teams.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drafting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of building codes, construction standards, and engineering principles.
• Familiarity with 3D modelling and rendering techniques and visualization tools.
• Ability to manage several projects and coordinate with multiple teams simultaneously.
• Experience in construction documentation and project management.
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices and materials.
• The candidate should already be living in Saudi Arabia.
