High Links Group, KSA and we specialize in providing top-of-the-line Manpower and secondment staffing solutions to booming projects in Saudi ArabiaJob Title Senior Architectural DraftsmanIndustry Construction ProjectLocation Riyadh,KSAQualifications Diploma or Degree in Civil, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or equivalent technical discipline.Experience 10–15 years of proven experience in architectural and landscape drafting.They will be responsible for preparing detailed design drawings, shop drawings, and documentation for architectural and external landscape works in line with project specifications, codes, and client requirements.Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D and 3D).Working knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or Lumion is a plus.Familiarity with Photoshop, InDesign, or other presentation tools is an advantage.Key Responsibilities"Prepare comprehensive architectural and landscape CAD drawings, including concept design, shop drawings, as-built drawings, and detailed working drawings. Interpret architectural and landscape designs, sketches, and concepts into technical plans that meet project standards.
Ensure coordination with other disciplines (civil, structural, MEP) to avoid design conflicts and maintain alignment.Modify and revise drawings based on engineer and consultant feedback.Maintain proper layering standards, drawing templates, and annotation consistency in line with company drafting standards.Assist in the development and presentation of landscape master plans, sections, elevations, and 3D visual support (optional).Support site teams with up-to-date drawings and participate in site coordination or design clarification meetings if required.Review and verify drawings from external consultants or subcontractors for compliance and accuracy."Kindly refer your friends and colleagues alsoThanks & Regards,
