Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and policy development
Ensure legal compliance with Saudi Labor Law, GOSI, and Saudization quotas
Implement and manage the company’s HR system
Partner with leadership to optimize org structure, job descriptions, and manpower planning
Lead internal investigations, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling professionally
Build and maintain HR documentation, employee records, and HR analytics reports
Act as a business partner to operations and finance departments

✅ Ideal Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
5–8+ years of HR experience, ideally in construction, contracting, or industrial sectors
Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, GOSI, and government portals (Qiwa, Mudad, HRDF)
Familiarity with HR digital platforms (JISR, ZenHR, Zoho People, etc.)
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Arabic + English fluency
Saudi nationals preferred
