  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field; a master's degree or higher is preferred.
  • Professional certifications such as CFA, CAIA, or equivalent are a plus.
  • At least 12-15 years of experience in investment and portfolio management, including 5 years in a leadership position in a joint-stock or holding company.
  • In-depth knowledge of local and international financial markets and Saudi regulations (Capital Market Authority, Central Bank, etc.).
  • Strong negotiation, financial analysis, and risk management skills
  • Lead and manage the company's investments and investment portfolios to achieve sustainable returns, ensure investment decisions are aligned with the company's strategy and future plans, and manage risk and maximize shareholder value.
  • Developing the company's long- and short-term investment strategy in line with the company's objectives and vision.
  • Identifying value-added investment sectors and opportunities locally, regionally, and internationally.
  • Submitting recommendations to the Board of Directors regarding new investment projects and excluding unprofitable investments.
  • Supervising the management of the company's investment portfolio (stocks, bonds, real estate, projects, funds, etc.).
  • Regularly monitoring investment performance and ensuring they achieve return and risk targets.
  • Restructuring the portfolio when necessary to ensure diversification and achieve optimal returns.
  • Developing policies and controls to manage investment risks (market risk, liquidity risk, credit risk, operational risk).
  • Ensuring that all investments comply with local and international regulations and best governance practices.
  • 4. Market Analysis and Studies
  • Conducting studies and analyses of financial markets and target sectors.
  • Monitoring global and regional economic trends and their impact on investment decisions.
  • Building strategic relationships with banks, investment funds, and asset management companies.
  • Negotiating with strategic partners and investors to secure the best terms and benefits for the company.
  • Providing periodic reports to the Board of Directors and Executive Management on investment performance, risks, and returns.
  • Proposing solutions and alternative plans in the event of challenges or market fluctuations.
  • Managing the investment team and developing their capabilities in financial and strategic analysis.
  • Overseeing investment analysis systems and portfolio management tools.
  • Reports to: the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and the Board of Directors (Investment Committee).
  • Collaborates with: the Finance Department (CFO), the Legal Department, Risk Management, and Investor Relations.
