Description:As a Reservation Host, you will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest expectations.Qualifications:Minimum 2 years work experience as a Supervisor or Guest Service Officer in a Telephone Department larger operation. Well developed communication, telephone and customer relations Skills. Computer skills in the use of MS Office, email, Opera and PABX Systems will be an asset.
