Job Category: Hotel-Human ResourcesJob Description:Duties and ResponsibilitiesAs Host Transportation Coordinator, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation in the following:

Develop, implement, and maintain efficient transportation schedules and routes for employees.
Coordinate with transport vendors, shuttle/bus operators, and drivers to ensure reliable service.
Monitor daily operations to ensure punctuality and address route or scheduling issues.
Liaise with external transportation providers for service agreements and renewals.
Assist in budget planning and cost control for transportation services.
Ensure all transportation activities comply with company policies, local regulations, and safety standards.
Oversee vehicle inspections, maintenance schedules, and driver certifications.
Develop and enforce emergency response procedures for transportation incidents.
Serve as the primary contact for employee transportation inquiries and complaints.
Provide information to prepare an expenditure budget for the transportation.
Assist with variety of host events and initiatives in addition to other administrative duties.

QualificationsTo execute the position of Host Transportation Coordinator, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following:Diploma or equivalent in Business, preferably in Human Resources and at least 1 year experience in a similar setting.
