- Identify potential clients across industrial, EPC
- Generate and nurture leads, follow pipelines to close deals.
- Develop and execute sales strategies and forecasts
- Present and demonstrate Synergy’s product range with technical depth.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients; identify repeat opportunities.
- Manage key accounts, negotiate contracts, and handle client feedback/grievances.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
- Experience: 5–10 years in KSA/GCC technical sales engineering roles.
- Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills (English + Arabic preferred).
