Key Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and convert new sales opportunities
o Follow up consistently until RFQs are received and jobs are closed
- Achieve monthly sales targets
o Close at least 1–2 revenue-generating jobs/month.
- Present and sell company services effectively
o Recommend company services that best solve client problems
o Coordinate pricing with internal technical teams
- Drive prequalification and registration
o Monitor tender portals and engage clients regularly
- Maintain accurate reporting
o Report directly to Manager with performance updatesExpected Deliverables
- New business monthly within 3–6 months of joining
- Active leads pipeline with 5+ engaged clients per month
- Continuous job closing based on net profit targets
- Strong personal network of industrial contacts (preferred)
Education:
- Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field
- 1–3 years’ experience in:
o Selling to petrochemical, oil & gas, or plant maintenance clients
Skills:
- Proven ability to sell, not just visit sites
- Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
- Comfortable working under sales targets and pressure
- Arabic and English fluency preferred
- Valid driving license; willing to travel
- Basic Salary: SAR 3700/month
- Commission: 2% of net profit per job closed
- Performance Bonus: For exceeding monthly sales targets.
