- Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Manage Azure / Entra ID environments, covering Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Conditional Access, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
- Deploy and maintain Microsoft Intune for Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM) to ensure endpoint compliance and governance.
- Configure, monitor, and enhance security using Microsoft Defender solutions.
- Design and enforce Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies across email, endpoints, and collaboration platforms to safeguard sensitive data.
- Oversee identity and access lifecycle management, including user onboarding, offboarding, and periodic access reviews.
- Salary up to 8,000 – 11,000 SAR per month.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in Microsoft cloud and systems administration.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID, Intune, and security practices.
- Experience with hybrid environments and IT governance frameworks preferred.
- Windows Server, Active Directory, backup & recovery
- Networking basics (TCP/IP, VPN, firewall)
- Relevant Microsoft certifications and ITIL Foundation are advantageous
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Security-focused and compliance-driven approach
- Based & experience in Saudi Arabia
