- Formulate and implement procurement strategies that meet project goals and enrich the overall supply chain management.
- Manage the procurement lifecycle, including sourcing, evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, and monitoring supplier performance.
- Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ascertain procurement needs and provide insightful recommendations.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, negotiate favorable terms, and establish reliable supplier relationships.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management, tracking procurement processes and market insights.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of procurement professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work culture.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant procurement policies, procedures, and regulations while mitigating risks.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in procurement, preferably in large-scale projects in the entertainment, hospitality, or construction industries.
- Expertise in procurement processes, supplier management, and contract negotiation.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships across cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in leading and mentoring teams towards achieving collective goals.
- Proficiency in using procurement software and tools for effective and efficient operations.
