Work Location: To be determined after the interview – within Saudi Arabia (potential locations: Riyadh, Jeddah, or Dammam)About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer with strong technical and commercial expertise in drilling, mining, or heavy equipment spare parts to join our team, contribute to achieving sales targets, and strengthen customer relationships.Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
  • Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and quotations.
  • Provide technical support to customers and assist them in selecting appropriate spare parts and resolving technical issues.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring prompt responses to inquiries and complaints.
  • Conduct regular field visits to clients and projects.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors, and prepare sales reports and analysis.
  • Collect outstanding payments from customers and coordinate with the Finance Department.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Geology, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in drilling, mining, or heavy equipment spare parts.
  • Strong technical knowledge of heavy equipment and spare parts.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver’s license.
