- Identify and develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and quotations.
- Provide technical support to customers and assist them in selecting appropriate spare parts and resolving technical issues.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring prompt responses to inquiries and complaints.
- Conduct regular field visits to clients and projects.
- Monitor market trends and competitors, and prepare sales reports and analysis.
- Collect outstanding payments from customers and coordinate with the Finance Department.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Geology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in drilling, mining, or heavy equipment spare parts.
- Strong technical knowledge of heavy equipment and spare parts.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
