Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Sales Manager with expertise in sales, service, and spare parts management for automatic doors and related systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing maintenance operations, coordinating service teams, and managing spare parts to ensure efficient, timely, and high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead maintenance sales and service operations for automatic doors and related products.
Manage spare parts inventory, procurement, and stock control.
Collaborate with clients and service teams to provide timely technical support and tailored solutions.
Monitor service performance and implement improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
Develop and execute strategies to increase service revenue and optimize operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in maintenance management, sales, and service—preferably in automatic or garage door systems.
Strong knowledge of spare parts handling, inventory management, and procurement processes.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
