Our client, a major Real Estate and Development firm, is embarking on a transformational project that will redefine Riyadhs skyline. The project is at the early-stage design phase of a landmark residential-led mixed-use tower, set to become the tallest structure in Riyadh (~500+ meters). They seek a seasoned Program Director to lead the full life cycle of delivery, from concept to handover. This is a rare opportunity to join a visionary team at the forefront of urban development in the Kingdom.Key Responsibilities:
  • Reporting to the General Manager and managing a start-up team, responsible to [rovide overall leadership and strategic direction across design, engineering, procurement, construction, and delivery.
  • Coordinate with international architects, consultants, and stakeholders to safeguard project vision, timeline, and budget.
  • Establish governance and risk frameworks to ensure world-class delivery standards.
  • Oversee all interfaces with regulatory bodies, investors, contractors, and the holding group.
  • Lead and grow a multidisciplinary project team aligned with Giga-project scale expectations.
Attributes:
  • Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Project Management; PMP or similar credential preferred.
  • Minimum 15+ years experience in managing large-scale high-rise or mixed-use developments.
  • Proven track record of delivering iconic towers, ideally in the GCC or wider MENA region.
  • Deep understanding of the local Riyadh construction and regulatory environment.
  • Fluent in both English and Arabic essential for managing cross-functional stakeholder communications.
  • Already based in Riyadh or available for immediate relocation with readiness to start by August 2025
