Job Requirements
- Receive and process parts requests from technicians or relevant departments
- Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, parts usage, and stock movements
- Communicate with suppliers to confirm orders and delivery timelines
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Follow up on shipments and ensure timely delivery.
- Issue parts to technicians and document all transactions accurately.
Qualification:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar position
- Proficiency in inventory systems and Microsoft Excel.
Skills
- Ability to track, process, and follow up on parts orders accurately using ERP systems or inventory software.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with suppliers, warehouse teams, and service departments to ensure timely parts availability.
- High accuracy in handling part numbers, documentation, and order specifications to avoid delays or mismatches.
