We are seeking a dynamic and organised individual to join our team as a training coordinator/Assistant. The core responsibility of this role is to ensure seamless coordination between our sales team, trainers, and clients, while maintaining accurate training records.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 03 years of relevant experience and a strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling & Coordination: Review Client POs, schedule training sessions, manage participant registrations.
- Arrange trainer, and share daily schedules with clients and internal team.
- Reporting & Administration: Review feedback, track POs, and compile monthly training reports.
- Oversee the delivery of hard copy certificates and review upcoming training schedules on weekly basis.
- Liaise with Clients on the details of Training Sessions with regards to attendees and location.
- Manage the Client expectations and negotiate their needs with alignment to internal policy and process.
- Liaise with trainers in the Coordination to ensure they have all the required materials and information to carry out the training's in timely manner.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Minimum of 03 year of experience in similar training coordinator and administrative role, preferably within a training and education setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency with calendar management tools (e.g., Trafft, WordPress) and MS OFFICE
- Flexibility to accommodate client schedules.
