· Coordinating all aspects related to the Training Program with the Line Managers;· Presenting Induction Program for all new employees & Passing the probation period.· Identifying training channels & institutes as per departments development requirements.· Maintain local content & Saudization requirement & update Qiwa courses.· Maintain Tamheer & COOP Training & HRDF.· Maintaining good rapport and providing support to the training needs of the Trainees;· Guiding and supporting the training programmed;· Assisting & Evaluating trainees regarding individual or personal Training.· Monitors and evaluates performance of the trainees and provides guidance, if and when required;· Follow up Issuance & authentication of training certificates.· Review and investigate absenteeism of the trainees and make report;· Conducts weekly meeting, or as and when required, with all concerned.· Review & Maintain Performance Appraisal for new employees under the probation period.
