1. Finalize monthly accounts for the Projects / RO
2. MIS-Physical Progress, Revenue, Margin, Overhead, Collections, etc.
3. Preparation of quarterly accounts with required schedule.
4. Review of balance sheet and Profit & Loss account items such as loan and advance, outstanding expenses, receivable and payable accounts.
5. Review of all annual tax calculation and submit advance tax on quarterly basis.
6. Preparation of Annual Budget (AOP) and forecasts (Quarterly) in close consultation with project head.
7. Identify areas of cost reduction and highlighting concern area.
8. Variance analysis
9. Review Project CTC’s in consultation with Planning team
10. Provide details for quarterly & annual audit to local /statutory auditor
11. Supervise physical verification of stores/assets
12. Compliance with local tax & commercial laws
13. Provide required information for Local tax audit and tax assessment including timely submission of VAT and WHT return
14.
