We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Account and Finance Manager with a strong background in logistics operations and recognized accounting qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CMA, CA). The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations, budget planning, cost control, and financial reporting functions, while also supporting supply chain and logistics-related financial activities.Key Responsibilities:
Manage all accounting operations, including billing, A/R, A/P, GL, and revenue recognition.Prepare timely financial statements, monthly closing reports, and annual budgets.Monitor cash flow, forecasting, and financial risk analysis.Coordinate audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.Collaborate with logistics and supply chain departments to control costs and improve financial efficiency.Analyze freight, warehousing, and operational costs for budgeting and reporting.Ensure accurate documentation for customs, shipping, and vendor payments.Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team.Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred).Recognized professional accounting certification (ACCA, CPA, CMA, CA, or equivalent).Minimum of 5 years’ experience in finance/accounting, with at least 2 years in logistics or supply chain industry.Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and international shipping practices.Proficient in ERP/accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, OODO).Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Contact:NOTE: Please send CV with your expected salary.
