- Experience working with diverse learning needs and creating an inclusive classroom environment.
- Expertise in curriculum development, preferably based on the IB MYP and DP frameworks.
- Proficient in developing and administering assessments; ability to report on student progress in mathematics.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated on education trends.
- Adaptability to integrate new teaching methodologies and approaches.
- Develop and implement engaging lessons aligned with the MYP and DP frameworks.
- Foster mathematical curiosity, critical thinking, and inquiry-based learning.
- Tailor teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning needs, ensuring an inclusive classroom environment.
- Encourage hands-on activities and application of mathematical principles.
- Facilitate inquiry-based learning experiences, encouraging students to explore mathematical concepts independently.
- Guide students in developing a deep understanding of mathematical methodology and application.
- Develop and administer assessments to gauge student understanding and progress in mathematics.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to support students in enhancing their mathematical skills.
- Collaborate with colleagues to integrate interdisciplinary approaches and create a cohesive learning experience.
- Foster positive relationships with other DP and MYP teachers, contributing to cross-subject connections, particularly with subjects that complement mathematics.
- Stay updated on subject related advancements, teaching methodologies, and curriculum developments.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.
- Communicate with parents regarding student progress and involvement in mathematics-related activities.
- Collaborate with the community to enhance the mathematical learning experience.
- Duty of care and supervision within the school campus.

- Experience teaching (IB) Middle Years Programme (MYP) and Diploma Programme (DP) is preferred
- Experience teaching Mathematics within recognized international curricula, within high-performing schools, is mandatory
- Relevant Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mathematics, or a related field.
- Relevant Professional Teaching Qualification.
