(Saudi National Only)Grade: 6Location: DhahranWorking hours: full timeAdvert closing: 21/09/2025Responsibilities· Adhere and enforce standards of professional behaviour, dress and performance as defined by Company policy.· Develop an environment that encourages independent learning and upholds a military ethos.· Ensure all technical instructions are undertaken in accordance with the documented Policies, Procedures and Processes contained within the Management of Training System (MTS).· Utilise the Training Management information System (TMIS) to maintain accurate training records.· Raise reports on the performance of individual cadets and classes to support Senior Management reporting, Academic and Review Boards.· Ensure all company mandated training be completed.· Ensure compliance with SHE Policy and Processes developing and promoting a SHE culture within the immediate working environment.· Undertake any other reasonable and appropriate duties as directed by Senior Management.· Teach mathematics and physics up to Saudi High School Science equivalence.· Deliver the practical components of the course by means of demonstration and direction of cadets in practical laboratory exercises.· Utilise such training aids as are available to maximise efficiency of training.· Produce training support materials - including curriculum, training objectives, syllabuses, course plans, and assessment and evaluation methods - to satisfy customer’s training requirements· Conduct cadet assessment and evaluation exercises and implement remedial action as required.· Plan, control and deliver assigned courses, and contribute support to cross-discipline courses/ investigations; ensuring requirements are delivered to plan.· To counsel students with regard to their academic performance or behaviour as required.· Well motivated, adaptable and flexible to enable the job holder to operate in highly complex technical environment, where the integration of a wide range of skills is necessary to ensure the prime objectives are met with the minimum of supervision.· To keep abreast of developments in his subject and be willing to attend staff development courses as required by the RSAF or Company.· Ensure the general welfare of students in assigned areas during training activities and monitor their performance so that each individual achieves maximum progress towards the training objectives.· Understands what is required to meet internal and external customer requirements· Strong analytical skills; good knowledge of relevant analytical techniques· Able to apply relevant internal and external processes and procedures for self and others.· Well-developed planning and organising skills to meet the precise timings required by training programmes and programme plans.· Understand how the business performs, its operating procedures and deliverables, in order to achieve objectives associated with the role.· Support, co-operate with, and work with others in order to achieve common goals and objectives.· Adopt a flexible and creative approach to problem solving, applying this to achieve practical solutions in the course of duties.· Undertake all mandatory and developmental training as deemed appropriate by the business.· Subscribe to and actively participate in the PDR process· Strive to adhere to acceptable standards of behaviour and performance as expected by the business and defined in Company policy· Any other duties as deemed reasonable and appropriate by the business.Job Requirements:· A Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline.· A teaching qualification, such as BEd or PGCE with a Mathematics/Physics bias or government recognition as a Teacher.· At least two (2) years recent (within the last six (6) years) experience of teaching Mathematics or Physics.· A valid IELTS certificate (gained in the last two (2) years) showing a minimum overall score of 5.0 with speaking and listening band scores at 5.0 when recruited.· Proven interpersonal skills to support interaction, negotiation and counselling with a wide spectrum of cultures, status levels and capabilities.· Excellent knowledge of training methodologies, analysis, design, delivery and evaluation of training solutions and a proven ability to successfully perform within a technical training environment.· An ability to think analytically and provide solutions to complex problems.SAUDI NATIONAL EMPLOYEE BENEFITSIn return for the required high levels of commitment and hard work you will receive a competitive salary and benefits package, including a generous leave and leave allowance, a full health care scheme and access to discounted gym membership.BAE SystemsBAE Systems has a heritage of commitment to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
