Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and feedback
Assist in developing and distributing training materials
Provide administrative support to trainers and trainees, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
Monitor and report on training outcomes, suggesting improvements where needed
Ensure adherence to training standards and regulatory compliance
Collaborate with other departments to align training initiatives with organizational goals
Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance training processesRequirements:Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and solid overall computer skills
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), or a willingness to quickly learn and adapt
Excellent organisational abilities paired with clear and effective communication skills
First Aid certification is preferred; candidates open to obtaining certification are welcome
Bilingual in Arabic and English
Previous experience in customer service or administrative support roles
Proven ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
A background in finance is essential for this role
Experience working as a Personal Assistant (PA) or in a similar support capacity would be an advantage
