Prepare detailed cost estimates projects
based drawings and technical specifications.
Monitor cost trends and propose value engineering
options where necessary.
Support the tendering process, including
documentation and pricing strategy.
Analyze project drawings, specifications, and related
documents to prepare accurate mechanical estimates.
Prepare BOQs, cost breakdowns, and technical
proposals.
Coordinate with design, procurement, and project
teams for accurate pricing and material take-offs.
Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations and
negotiate best prices.
Ensure estimates comply with project specifications,
company standards, and local regulations.
Attend site visits and pre-bid meetings as required.
Support tendering and bid submissions with detailed
cost reports and clarifications.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
Minimum of 7–9 years of experience in mechanical

estimation within the construction industry.

Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and estimation

software (e.g., CCS Candy, Plan Swift, or equivalent).

Excellent analytical, organizational, and

communication skills.

Ability to work under tight deadlines with high

accuracy.
4. Strong understanding of modular building systems,
components, and materials.
5. Excellent analytical and numerical skills with a keen
eye for detail.
6. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Offer and criteria
Minimum 5 Year Experience required in Oil and Gas
Sector.
Must have knowledge about Civil Mech and E&I ,
mainly a Mechanical Background required in piping
Area
Prefers Saudi Experience in Aramco or Sabic Plant
Commercial Offer
Basic : 5000 to 10,000 SAR
(Depending on EXPERINCE )
Duty Time : 10 Hours (6 Days /Week )
