We are looking for a Estimation EngineerReports to: Business Development ManagerObjective:To estimate the value of projects being tendered as part of the Business Development function.Qualification:B.E. in Civil EngineeringRoles & Responsibilities:Scrutinize and review tender documents.Evaluate tender documents, drawings, and schedules.Float enquiries to suppliers/manufacturers and follow up for quotations.Conduct comparison studies based on suppliers’ quotations.Negotiate with suppliers on both technical and commercial aspects.Perform value engineering studies in line with clients’ budget constraints.Maintain suppliers/manufacturers data bank records.Delegate tasks to draftsmen for quantity take-offs and verify quantities.Prepare pricing for infrastructure and building works.Assist in compiling and preparing tender submissions.Develop pre-qualification documents, both standard and project-specific.
