Job Type: Full-TimeKey Responsibilities:Assist chefs in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food in accordance with kitchen standards.
Prepare ingredients by washing, peeling, chopping, and portioning as directed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and kitchen areas.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Receive and store deliveries properly, ensuring correct stock rotation and labeling.
Support the kitchen team in various tasks to ensure smooth kitchen operations.Requirements:Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not required.
Willingness to learn and follow instructions from senior kitchen staff.
Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.
