We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Draftsman to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural drafting with expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit Architecture, and Photoshop. You will be responsible for preparing architectural drawings, 3D models, and presentation materials in coordination with architects and engineers.Key Responsibilities:
Develop detailed architectural drawings and layouts using AutoCAD and Revit ArchitectureCreate accurate 3D models and conceptual visualizations using SketchUpPrepare presentation boards and architectural renderings using PhotoshopCoordinate with architects and other design team members to ensure accuracy and consistency in all drawingsModify existing drawings as per project requirements and mark-upsEnsure drawings comply with local codes, standards, and regulationsMaintain proper documentation and filing of all drawings and project-related dataCollaborate with engineers and contractors during the design and construction phasesRequirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architectural Drafting, Architecture, or a related field8 to 12 years of proven experience as an Architectural Draftsman in the construction or architectural industry. GCC exp mandatory.Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit Architecture, and Adobe PhotoshopStrong knowledge of building construction, detailing, and materialsAbility to read and interpret architectural and structural drawingsAttention to detail and high level of accuracy in draftingExcellent time management and organizational skillsAbility to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environmentFamiliarity with Saudi building codes and regulations is a plusGood communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Lumion, V-Ray, or other rendering softwarePrior experience working on projects in the Gulf regionKnowledge of BIM workflows and coordinationTo Apply:
