We are seeking a skilled Aluminum Facades Draftsman to join our architectural and engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed technical drawings and specifications for aluminum facade systems, ensuring they meet design standards, safety regulations, and client requirements.Key Responsibilities:Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings for aluminum facade systems using CAD software.
Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and project managers to develop design concepts.
Ensure drawings comply with building codes, safety standards, and client specifications.
Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings for integration.
Prepare fabrication and installation drawings and shop drawings.
Coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers for technical specifications and material selection.
Conduct site visits to verify installation accuracy and resolve technical issues.
Maintain documentation of drawings, revisions, and project specifications.
Keep updated with industry trends, new materials, and technological advancements in facade design.Qualifications & Skills:Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience as a Draftsman in facade design, architecture, or engineering projects.
Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar).
Strong understanding of aluminum materials, curtain wall systems, and facade engineering.
Knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and industry best practices.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
