We are looking for a dedicated Project Manager to oversee one of our key projects in aluminum and façade works. The selected candidate will initially manage a single project, and upon proving strong performance, will be promoted to Projects Manager to handle all company projects.Key Responsibilities:

Manage the assigned project from start to completion.
Attend and represent the company in project meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Ensure the work is executed with high quality standards and completed in a time-efficient manner.
Supervise and coordinate all project teams (foremen, workers, safety, and quality teams).
Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and company procedures.
Provide leadership, problem-solving, and ensure smooth workflow on-site.

Requirements:

Experience as a Project Manager in aluminum works or at least with facade projects.
Strong technical background with ability to read and interpret drawings, BOQ, and specifications.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Strong leadership, organizational, and time management abilities.
Ability to handle multiple teams and maintain high standards of quality and safety.
English (Reading, Writing) is a must.
