Troubleshoot and resolve ICT issues promptly.
Collaborate with project teams on ICT system integration and deployment.
Provide technical support and training to end-users.
Ensure security measures and data protection protocols are followed.
Participate in pre-sales activities by providing technical consultation.Qualifications:5-10 years of experience in ICT systems.
Strong technical knowledge of ICT infrastructure, networking, and communication systems.
Pre-sales experience is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Based in KSA with a transferable Iqama.
