The Executive Secretary plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the administrative functions within an international school in Riyadh. This position requires a highly organized individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while providing support to the school's leadership team. The Executive Secretary will be responsible for coordinating communications, managing schedules, and facilitating various administrative processes to enhance the overall effectiveness of the school.Responsibilities: * Manage the calendar and schedule of the school's executive leadership, ensuring efficient use of time.
  • Coordinate and prepare documents for meetings, including agendas, minutes, and reports.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communications, representing the school professionally.
  • Maintain and organize files, records, and databases to ensure easy access to information.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of school events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and managing candidate communications.
  • Prepare and manage budgets for administrative functions and events.
  • Conduct research and compile information for reports and presentations.
  • Implement and maintain office procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
