- Organize and maintain the executive’s calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including emails and phone calls.
- Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents as required.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, liaise with vendors, and ensure optimal office functioning.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle data with discretion.
- Assist in bookkeeping tasks and manage periodic reporting.
- Support special projects and perform additional duties as assigned.
- Proven experience as an executive secretary or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
- Strong knowledge of office procedures and basic financial principles.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
