This position requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in health and safety management, particularly in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will develop, implement, and oversee safety policies and procedures to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.Responsibilities: * Develop and implement comprehensive health and safety policies tailored for high-rise construction projects.

Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety practices and emergency response procedures.
Collaborate with project managers and contractors to promote a culture of safety on-site.

Ensure all safety equipment and gear are maintained and available for use at all times.
