We’ve got what you’re looking for.Job Description:arsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Health & Safety Co-Ordinator - Aprons (Saudi National) to join our team! Under the direction of a safety, health, and environmental (SH&E) manager or director, the Senior Health & Safety Coordinator assists in ensuring that the site-specific SH&E plans, workplaces, and operational tasks being conducted conform to Parsons' risk management practices and comply with the prevailing regulatory and client SH&E requirements.Reports by dotted line to a project Delivery Manager or Program Director and reports directly to the Parsons corporate SH&E functional group through a project HSE project manager or program ESH Director. The incumbent must exercise good interpersonal and technical skills while becoming familiar with required client procedures and standards.What You'll Be Doing:

Assists the project or program manager with administering the SH&E programs.
Audits the project or program and its worksites against corporate standards.
Inspects worksites to detect hazard; provides expertise to project personnel to eliminate/control the SH&E risks associated with exposure to the hazards.
Creates and submits written audit and inspection reports.
Monitors project or program work planning and performance; verifies planning and work performance conforms to Parsons' Environmental, Safety, Health, and Risk Program (ESHARP) management system.
Implements Parsons' occupational injury and incident reporting and management processes.
Performs trends analyses on audit findings, inspection findings, and incident reports; creates and submits regular analysis reports.
Assists the project or program manager with new hire orientation.
Performs regulatory and best practice SH&E training.
Creates and maintains SH&E training records.
Participates in routine safe work briefings.
Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in in Health & Safety/Environmental Management, Occupational Safety and Health or related field from a recognized university is required.
5+ years overall experience, including 2+ years of related work experience in the field of Health and Safety.
Working knowledge of Federal and State health and safety regulations and reporting procedures.
Working knowledge of safety-related national consensus standards (e.g., ANSI, NFPA)
Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
Effective interaction in group settings, using judgment and discretion.
