Salary: Competitive, based on experience (possibly up to £5k per month)Due to cultural reasons, and the importance for this appointment to assist with personal care, there is a genuine occupational requirement for the candidate to be FemaleRole Overview:We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Personal Trainer to support two adult clients (one male, one female) with distinct fitness goals over a 3-month period (3-month contract) The role involves working closely with a private chef and providing tailored fitness plans and training sessions to help each client achieve their individual objectives - weight loss for one and muscle gain/fitness improvement for the other.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement personalised fitness programs for both clients based on their specific goals.Deliver one-on-one personal training sessions as required, within agreed working hours.Collaborate with a private chef to align nutritional guidance with the fitness plans.Track and monitor progress regularly, adapting plans as needed to ensure goals are met.Provide ongoing motivation, support, and expert advice to both clients.Ensure sessions are engaging, effective, and delivered with professionalism and discretion.Requirements:Proven experience as a personal trainer, ideally in a private household or high-net-worth environment.Ability to create and manage distinct fitness plans for clients with differing goals.Excellent communication skills; polite, personable, and respectful at all times.High degree of flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and needs.Experience working with Middle Eastern families or understanding of cultural considerations is highly desirable.Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and professional in approach.Desirable Qualifications:Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), or equivalent.First Aid/CPR certification.Background in nutrition or sports science is a plus.Please send suitable cv's and any interests to lauren@greycoatlumleys.co.uk
