- Design and implement comprehensive training strategies aligned with business goals and employee development needs.
- Develop and deliver engaging, high-quality training content across formats such as in-person workshops, e-learning modules, and on-the-job coaching.
- Ensure training materials reflect the brand’s tone, values, and cultural context relevant to the Saudi market.
- Plan and maintain a structured training calendar, ensuring timely and consistent program rollout.
- Monitor trainee progress, gather feedback, and provide ongoing support to enhance learning outcomes.
- Track, analyse, and report on training effectiveness and performance metrics, offering actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on learning and development trends, tools, and best practices to ensure training programs remain innovative and impactful.
- Collaborate with HR, department heads, and other stakeholders to align training initiatives with organisational priorities.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Trainers and Training Coordinators, providing guidance, performance feedback, and professional development support.
- Foster a collaborative and learner-focused team environment that encourages knowledge sharing and continuous growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Preferred certifications in training or learning and development (e.g., CIPD, ATD, Train the Trainer, aPHRi, or similar).
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in training, learning and development, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in leading or managing a training team.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering impactful training programs that improve performance and engagement.
- Proficiency in data-driven training strategy development and performance analysis.
- Deep understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and learner engagement techniques.
- Strong knowledge of training tools and platforms such as LMS (e.g., Moodle, SAP SuccessFactors), e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Rise, Canva), and virtual training solutions (e.g., Zoom, MS Teams).
- Familiarity with evaluating training effectiveness using models like Kirkpatrick’s and implementing feedback loops for continuous improvement.
- Understanding of competency frameworks, skills gap analysis, and career development planning.
- Knowledge of learning technologies, blended learning approaches, and emerging L&D trends.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
