- Spearhead the activation and operationalisation of newly signed strategic technology partnerships, ensuring alignment across product, engineering, and financial domains.
- Design and implement structured onboarding and integration roadmaps to transition partnerships from contract to scalable execution.
- Ensure partnership initiatives are tightly aligned with enterprise digital strategy, AI, innovation goals, and long-term growth objectives.
- Define and track technology-specific KPIs (e.g., platform adoption, API usage, uptime, ROI) to measure partnership performance and value delivery.
- Establish robust governance models, including escalation protocols, decision rights, and stakeholder accountability across technical and business units.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to data privacy, cybersecurity, compliance, and interoperability.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between products, AI, engineering, legal, finance, and external partners to foster innovation and accelerate time-to-market.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, leveraging analytics to recommend optimisations and ensure continuous value realisation.
- Integrate partnership milestones into quarterly and annual strategic planning cycles, ensuring visibility and alignment at the executive level.
- Promote knowledge sharing, process standardisation, and documentation to ensure operational continuity and scalability post-engagement.
- Lead the activation and implementation of newly signed strategic technology partnerships, ensuring seamless integration across products, AI, engineering, operational, and financial domains.
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment sessions to define shared objectives, execution roles, KPIs, and measurable success metrics.
- Develop structured activation roadmaps with clear timelines, technical milestones, and delivery checkpoints.
- Collaborate with partner organisations to co-develop joint execution plans, ensuring interoperability and platform alignment.
- Assess and allocate resource requirements, including technical teams, infrastructure, and budget planning.
- Identify and evaluate AI, engineering, legal, financial, cybersecurity, and operational risks; develop mitigation strategies and compliance safeguards.
- Design and deploy digital tools and dashboards to monitor partnership KPIs, usage metrics, and performance indicators.
- Conduct recurring performance reviews using data-driven insights to identify optimisation opportunities and innovation levers.
- Establish and lead governance forums with internal and external stakeholders to ensure transparency, accountability, and strategic alignment.
- Maintain escalation frameworks and issue resolution protocols to manage partnership challenges effectively.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory, contractual, and internal policy standards across all partnership activities.
- Maintain dynamic risk registers and compliance checklists tailored to each partnership's scope and geography.
- Propose and launch new co-innovation initiatives, go-to-market strategies, or regional expansion plans in collaboration with partners.
- Facilitate innovation workshops and technical design sprints to unlock joint value creation.
- Embed partnership activities into corporate strategic planning cycles and digital transformation roadmaps.
- Deliver executive-level reporting on partnership health, ROI, and strategic contribution to business objectives.
- Document lessons learned, refine playbooks, and standardise templates for future partnership activations.
- Lead knowledge transfer sessions and provide enablement training to internal teams for post-engagement sustainability.
- Prepare and deliver final handover reports summarising outcomes, insights, and strategic recommendations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Strategy, or a related field
- Master's degree is preferred, especially in Strategy, MBA, or related disciplines
- Minimum 12 years of professional experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or corporate strategy
- Proven track record in activating and managing high-value strategic partnerships
- Strong experience in governance frameworks, performance tracking, and risk management
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with departments such as product, AI, engineering, Legal, Finance, Operations, IT, and Product
- Experience in developing and executing partnership activation roadmaps and performance KPIs
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to deliver structured reports and presentations to senior leadership
- Experience in knowledge transfer, training, and creating operational documentation
- Background in consulting or advisory roles is highly desirable
- Proficient in using data and analytics tools for performance monitoring and reporting
- Maintain high visibility and deep understanding of key players, emerging trends, and competitive dynamics across the GCC technology and digital business landscape.
- Leverage market insights to inform partnership qualification, strategic positioning, and go-to-market alignment.
