- Develop and execute HR strategies that support business goals and objectives while promoting a dynamic staffing and talent development process.
- Lead effective recruitment, retention, and succession planning initiatives to build a diverse and talented workforce.
- Oversee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Manage employee relations, providing guidance and support to management and staff for conflict resolution and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labour laws and company policies.
- Implement compensation and benefits programs that attract top talent and drive employee satisfaction.
- Monitor HR metrics and use data analytics to drive informed decision-making.
- Foster a positive work environment that values inclusivity, collaboration, and employee engagement.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role within the hospitality sector.
- Strong knowledge of KSA labour laws and HR best practices.
- Proven experience designing and implementing HR strategies aligned with organisational objectives.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to use HR analytics to inform strategy and drive change.
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
- Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
